How We Got Our Start

CS Workforce Solutions was a natural evolution and outgrowth of our original company, Clean Streak Facilities Services. We've been in the commercial cleaning business since 2008, providing high-value services to our clients. These are typically big corporations with big facilities and big, big needs.

Over time, we realized the key element in our success wasn’t cleaning, it was the workforce itself. The incredible people we have in our database and on our team, and the ability to hire them out to client companies. We have the right people to support them, to train them, to retain them, and those workers were the secret to our success in the cleaning business. 

So we chose to take that same competitive advantage and offer it as a resource for other companies. Not every company needs our cleaning services, but many companies still need access to a trustworthy workforce made from good people. And CS Workforce Solutions was born!
