How We Engage with You

We’ve designed our client onboarding and ongoing client service processes to be easy but thorough. We want every client company to know their unique needs are being met. And our leadership team is always eager to make adjustments and answer your questions!

When you partner with CS Workforce Solutions, here’s how we’ll work with you:

STEP 1: Understand Your Business + Your Needs

  • When we first meet with you to discuss your needs, we will likely ask:

    • What role are we fulfilling and how does this support your business?

    • What is your supervisory structure?

    • How much training will you provide?

    • What is your current experience filling these roles and what challenges have you faced?

    We also need to understand your cost structure, a discussion that must move beyond what you’ll pay us. While it may cost more than hiring your own people, working with us can help you solve persistent recruiting problems. And we will always work with you to develop the most effective workforce solution at a price that is within your budget.

    Then, in order to find the right talent for each specific position, our team needs to understand the nuances of the positions for which you’re hiring. So we’ll discuss:

    • Physical aspects (strenuous, standing, repetitive motions, etc.)

    • Potential comprehension issues (Are employees required to read and communicate in English?)

    • Will they need to analyze and make decisions?

    • Work structure (Are you hiring for team-based or individual work?)

    • Supervisory structure

STEP 2: Finding the Right Workforce for You

Next, we get to work building the ideal team for your company’s needs. We have both an existing workforce full of hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who’ve already gone through our compliance and onboarding process, and a robust staffing database.


STEP 3: Onboarding

  • The CS Workforce Solutions onboarding process includes:

    • Background tests

    • Drug testing

    • Interview process

    • Federal fingerprinting (if required)

    • Health check and immunizations (if required)

    • Training and orientation (per client’s needs)

    Once new hires are onboarded, they’ll meet you! New talent is introduced to our clients after orientation, and every placed employee undergoes on-site training at your company’s location. If for any reason you’re not happy with the staff we’ve chosen, we will change the team members at no cost. And should staff need to be changed within the first two weeks, we do not reset the clock on when you, as the client, can hire our staff permanently.

STEP 4: Ongoing Work

  • Once clocked in they are managed by the client, not by CS Workforce Solutions. All hours are verified and sent to the client for review weekly, and hours are invoiced on a weekly basis. Simple as that!

    Should you decide to hire any of our staff permanently, we have a few options. Most of our contracts state that after 500 hours worked, clients may hire our staff permanently onto their staff. And we encourage this! There is always turnover and a need for our services, but the more reliable and dedicated people we place with our clients, the deeper our relationship grows.
